Summary
This trial is testing whether one injection of leukocyte-poor platelet-rich plasma (LP-PRP) into the intra-articular (IA) space of the hip improves symptoms of hip OA over 12 months, and whether adding an injection into the surrounding extra-articular (EA) structures improves symptoms more.

A single injection of LP-PRP will be administered to the intra- articular space and the extra- articular structures under ultrasound guidance at the first visit.
Group II: Intra-articular LP-PRP InjectionActive Control1 Intervention
A single injection of leukocyte poor platelet rich plasma (LP-PRP) will be administered to the intra-articular space under ultrasound guidance at the treatment visit.
