Summary

This trial is testing if Nordic walking, an exercise using poles to help with balance, can improve mobility, posture, and quality of life for older adults with osteoporosis or past fractures. Participants will walk with poles regularly over a few months to see if it helps them. Nordic walking has been shown to improve physical fitness, balance, and quality of life in older adults.
