Summary
This trial is testing the use of a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) called FreeStyle Libre 2 for patients with poorly controlled diabetes. The device is attached to the arm and continuously measures blood sugar levels. The goal is to see if using this device helps improve blood sugar control and quality of life.
Eligible Conditions
- Low Blood Sugar
- Diabetes
- Hypoglycemia
- Low blood sugar awareness
- High Blood Sugar
- Type 1 Diabetes
