Summary

This trial investigates how light arm exercises affect pain in people with and without fibromyalgia. Participants will do different types of light exercises and their pain levels will be measured. The goal is to find out which exercises help reduce pain and how factors like body composition and physical activity influence this.

American College of Rheumatology Diagnostic Criteria for Fibromyalgia
Baseline Fat Mass
Baseline Lean Mass

Baseline sensory threshold assessed with von Frey monofilaments
Baseline voluntary muscle activation of the biceps muscle
Change from Baseline Blood Pressure to immediately after performance of exercise.
