Summary
This trial will help researchers learn if it's possible to do a bigger study comparing the effects of CIMT and TMS versus CIMT and fake TMS in children with CP, as well as if there are any benefits to adding TMS.

Group I: Transcranial magnetic stimulation with constraint induced movement therapyExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
CIMT/TMS: Five participants will receive a one-hour weekly occupational therapy session of CIMT with 2-hours of daily home program for a total of 6 weeks; immediately prior to initiation of each CIMT session, participants will receive 20 minutes of TMS 1HZ.
Group II: constraint induced movement therapy Sham transcrianial magnetic stimulationPlacebo Group1 Intervention

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have limited ability to use your hands and arms for everyday activities.You have received another investigational medication in the last 6 months.You haven't had brain scans to confirm the diagnosis of cerebral palsy.You have serious limitations that make it hard for you to take part in the study.You have been diagnosed with one-sided spastic cerebral palsy.You are able to move around independently or with a little help.
