Summary
This trial is testing different doses of light therapy to help people with Parkinson's Disease sleep better. Participants will receive either bright-white or dim-red light at different times. The goal is to find out which type and timing of light works best to improve sleep. Bright light therapy has been explored for daytime sleepiness in patients with Parkinson's Disease and may also be useful for insomnia.

Participants in this arm will receive dim red light twice daily (morning and evening).
Group II: BWLT weeklyExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
Participants in this arm will receive bright white light therapy once weekly (in the evening).
Group III: BWLT twice dailyExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
Participants in this arm will receive bright white light therapy daily twice a day (morning and evening).
Group IV: BWLT once dailyExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
Participants in this arm will receive bright white light therapy daily once a day (in the evening)
