Summary

This trial will investigate whether eating more frequently leads to greater weight loss.

What is being tested?
The study is examining how often people eat during a lifestyle intervention aimed at weight loss. The goal is to understand the link between meal frequency and the effectiveness of losing weight.
What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial focuses on eating patterns rather than medication, there may be no direct side effects like those seen with drugs. However, changes in diet can sometimes lead to digestive discomfort, hunger pangs, or mood changes.
