Summary

This trial will involve 150 men and women aged 18 and older who will be divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group will participate in the Tony Robbins Rapid Planning Method event

Who is the study for?
This trial is for males and females aged 18 or older who are interested in improving mental health, anxiety, stress, depression, motivation, and self-esteem. Participants will be chosen from a database of individuals previously interested in studies and from user interviews.
What is being tested?
The study tests the Tony Robbins Rapid Planning Method (RPM) against regular journaling. Participants are split into two groups: one attends RPM sessions virtually or in-person; the other does weekly task journaling. Their psychological well-being is assessed before and after interventions at one week and four weeks.
What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial involves non-medical interventions like planning methods and journaling, side effects may include emotional discomfort due to self-reflection or potential time commitment involved with the activities.
