Summary

This trial will test mindfulness meditation exercises called Mindful Awareness Practices (MAPs) for adolescents with ADHD and additional symptoms like daydreaming and mental fogginess. The goal is to see if these exercises can help them stay focused and reduce these extra symptoms. Mindfulness meditation has been proposed to improve attention, reduce stress, and improve mood in individuals with ADHD.
