Summary
This trial investigates the PEERS© for Careers program, which helps postsecondary students with autism improve their workplace social skills through a course and an internship. Some participants also get extra help from a career coach. The goal is to make it easier for these young adults to find and keep jobs. The PEERS® program, originally developed in the United States, has been shown to effectively improve social skills for adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
