Summary
This trial is testing a special laser treatment to improve raised scars in children aged 1-17. The laser makes tiny, controlled injuries in the scar tissue, which helps the skin heal better and reduces symptoms like pain and itching. The goal is to find the best way to use this laser treatment to make it safe and effective for kids. Laser treatments have been used for a long time to improve the appearance and symptoms of burn scars, showing effectiveness in children.
