Summary
This trial studies how using electronic and tobacco cigarettes with different nicotine levels affects heart function. Researchers will measure heart activity to see how it impacts the heart's electrical resetting process.

Group I: Non-userExperimental Treatment3 Interventions
Non- users will use, in a randomized, crossover fashion with a 4 week washout, an 1) EC with nicotine, 2) EC without nicotine, and 3) an empty EC (control)
Group II: Chronic TC smokerExperimental Treatment3 Interventions
Chronic TC smokers will use, in a randomized, crossover fashion with a 4 week washout, a 1) TC with nicotine (own brand), 2) research TC with very low level nicotine, and 3) a straw (control)
Group III: Chronic EC userExperimental Treatment3 Interventions
Chronic EC users will use, in a randomized, crossover fashion with a 4 week washout, an 1) EC with nicotine, 2) EC without nicotine, and 3) an empty EC (control)

Research Study Groups:
This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Non-user
- Group 2: Chronic EC user
- Group 3: Chronic TC smoker
