Summary
This trial is testing if ultrasound therapy can reduce inflammation in healthy adults. The study uses sound waves to create tiny vibrations in tissues, which might help lower inflammation. The results will help design a larger study for patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Ultrasound has been increasingly used for the clinical management of rheumatoid arthritis, particularly for assessing inflammation and monitoring therapy.

Experimental Treatment
Group I: Parameter testingExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
In order to test parameters, each individual will be subjected to four interventions with the ultrasound device, one sham intervention and 3 interventions with varying intensity, frequency, and duty cycle.
Group II: Anatomical targetingExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
In order to test anatomical targeting, each individual will be subjected to four interventions with the ultrasound device, one sham intervention and 2 interventions, varying the anatomical targets.
