Summary

This trial will study whether a virtual cardiac wellness program is an acceptable form of postpartum care for women who have had hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, and whether it is effective in improving weight, lifestyle, cardiometabolic health, patient engagement, and outcomes.

Eligible Conditions
  • Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension (PIH)
  • Pre-eclampsia
  • Hypertension
  • Chronic Hypertension
  • Prophylaxis of Preeclampsia
  • Eclampsia
  • Hypertension in Pregnancy
