Summary
This trial will study the effects of therapeutic joint arthrocentesis in patients with knee effusion associated with degenerative osteoarthritis or symptomatic primary total knee arthroplasty.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a type of arthritis that causes inflammation, such as JIA, RA, or psoriatic arthritis.You have a pre-existing condition affecting your muscles, like stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, or muscular dystrophy.You are experiencing pain in your hip that is causing noticeable discomfort.You have received any kind of invasive or injectable treatment in your knee within the last 6 months, like corticosteroid injections or stem cell therapy.You have fluid buildup in your body due to an injury or another underlying condition.You have active cancer in the specific area being studied.You have a condition that affects your blood clotting ability, such as sickle cell disease or chronic use of blood thinners.You have a pacemaker implanted in your body.

- Group 2: Primary Osteoarthritis
