This trial is for English-speaking individuals aged 18 or older who work at the 3 ARCA group homes or the UNM psychiatric center. It's designed to help them improve their understanding and management of dual diagnosis conditions.
What is being tested?
The SPECTROM Training program, which spans over a total of 16 hours, is being tested. Participants will be assessed before and after training using two tools: the Psychotropic Knowledge Questionnaire-Revised and the Management of Aggression and Violence Attitude Scale-Revised-ID.

Since this trial involves educational training rather than medical intervention, traditional side effects are not applicable. However, participants may experience fatigue or stress from intensive learning.
