This trial is for adults aged 40-64 with Type 2 Diabetes who struggle to attend regular diabetes education due to work. Participants need internet access, a smart phone, and the ability to use a smart ring. They should be willing to do online classes and surveys.

The study tests combining Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) with Tai Chi Easy (TCE)™. It involves attending online DSMES and TCE sessions twice weekly for six weeks, aiming to improve physical and psychological health.

Group I: Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) plus Tai Chi Easy (TCE)™Experimental Treatment1 Intervention
Participants will be asked to attend 45 minutes of DSMES and 45 min of TCE twice a week for 6 weeks. All classes will be recorded and available online and can viewed at a time when it is most convenient to accommodate working adults.
