Summary
This trial aims to see if using virtual reality (VR) can help seniors do regular exercise. The study includes seniors in long-term care and those living independently. VR makes exercise more fun and engaging, which can help improve their physical health and reduce falls. Virtual reality (VR) has been increasingly studied as a tool to promote physical activity and improve health outcomes among older adults.
