Summary

This trial aims to see if adding extra employment services to the Health Navigation program helps individuals who have been involved with the legal system access HIV care, treatment, and employment services. Participants will be randomly assigned

Who is the study for?
This trial is for justice-involved Black men who have sex with men and other key populations affected by HIV. Participants should be impacted by the criminal legal system, willing to complete surveys, and attend meetings with health navigators.
What is being tested?
The study compares Health Navigation alone versus Health Navigation Plus Employment services. It checks if adding employment support helps participants more in accessing HIV care/prevention services and achieving employment compared to just health navigation.
What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial involves non-medical interventions like counseling and support programs, typical medical side effects are not expected. However, there may be emotional or psychological impacts from discussing sensitive topics.
